The Delhi high court on Wednesday sought the Central Bureau of Investigation's response on the bail plea of sacked Commonwealth Games Organising Committee chief Suresh Kalmadi in a Games-related scam case, who cited the Supreme Court ruling that bail should be the rule and jail an exception.
